English Premier League side Liverpool are believed to be showing interest in Ghanaian youngster Abdul Fatawu Issahaku.
According to reports from Merseyside, Liverpool have the 17-year-old in their sight as they look to bolster their side with more young talents ahead of the commencement of the 2021/22 English Premier League season. Further reports also indicates that Manchester United have also shown interest in the youngster. The Steadfast midfielder is already on the wanted list of clubs in Austria, Switzerland (Geneva), Italy and Qatar.
Abdul Fatawu Issahaku rose to the prominence during the African Youth Championship staged earlier this year in Mauritania. The youngster at the tourney which was won by Ghana was named most valuable player. Fatawu was recently handed a call-up by the technical handlers of the Black Stars for the friendly encounters against Morocco and Ivory Coast.
