Ghana Education Service in a press release has postponed the reopening of first-year Senior High School students to Thursday, March 18 through to Sunday, March 21.

The Statement signed by the Deputy Director-General indicated that;

“The spread-out period is to enable the schools to structure the admission process in such a way that not too many students get crowded at the school at one particular point in time.”

Meanwhile, GES has also urged parents to ensure that their children leave home with adequate nose masks to protect themselves amid Covid-19, while management of schools has also been tasked to ensure strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols.
