“Don’t tell us what to do, going to court lies with us alone” -Sammy Gyamf

The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said that it will not rush to court to seek redress, following its rejection of the December 7 Presidential election results declared by the Electoral Commission (EC).

It has, thus, called on Ghanaians to desist from stampeding the party with calls to challenge the results of the polls at the law court if it feels cheated.

The party’s communication’s Director, Sammy Gyamfi on Thursday, December 17, thus noted that the decisions to go to court will only be considered by the party after it has audited figures from all polling stations across the country and gathered all relevant evidence relating to the elections.
