Neymar and Liverpool’s Alisson are among the Brazilian Players and coaches who have joined forces with the country’s football federation to donate a million dollars to families going through economic hardships due to the Corona Virus pandemic.
Brazil has reported 43,079 cases of Corona Virus and with 2,741 fatalities being the highest total in South America.

The group of 57 players and staff also including former Barcelona right- back Daniel Alves donated 2.5million reais($463,787) while the CBF met their contribution, according to the organization.
The money will go to three organizations working in Brazil’s densely-populated favelas and is enough to provide food for 32,000 families for two months, CBF President Rogerio Coboclo said.
The CBF said the distribution of the money raised would be overseen by accountant EY, who are giving their time for free
