The Agrihouse Foundation Team converged at Coconut Groove Hotel, Sakumono for a one-day team retreat.
Dubbed, ‘Being extra… to achieve targets’ the purpose of the retreat was to review and revise the foundation’s projects, work plan and budget for the 2020 calendar year and build a shared understanding within the team about what’s working well, areas in need of improvement and areas of opportunity.
Other objectives of the retreat were to provide space for the team to bond, develop soft skills of team members as well as review priorities around the foundation’s projects,
Some topics discussed at the retreat included
-building a remarkable footprint and branding event organisation
-corporate governance structure,
-The Winning Team, building a sustainable model
-Refection and effects of attitude to work – impact and productivity
-Service on the floor – How to keep the target audience and funders coming back always to support grow projects/businesses
-Getting the best and delivering the best,
– team-building exercise and being extra.
Speakers on the day include Mr Ruddy Kwakye, Afronation, Mr Stephen Amoako, Ecobank, Lawyer Raymond Cudjoe, Mr Mohammed Ali, ADB and Mr Martin Ofori of Crystal Capital. The event was facilitated by Mr Perry P.K. Ofosu former registrar, GIJ.
