GFA Presidential Aspirant Nana Yaw Amponsah won the love of many football fans at the first ever Ghana Football Association presidential debate held on Monday night in Accra at the Physicians and surgeons Auditorium.
The Phar Rangers president knows the problems confronting Ghanaian football and offered practical solutions to them.
He was the 5th Aspirant to sit on the hot seat and he stood tall among the Aspirants who got the opportunity to share ideas confronting Ghana football and to bring Ghana football to it best
According to him he is the best candidate to steer the affairs of Ghana football for the next four years.
He added that Grassroot football will be restructured and prevent exploitation of minors from illegal agents.he also stated that paying of referees by clubs offers room for clubs to influence referees and perpetuate corruption. football fans praised the UK-trained Sports lawyer after his brilliant display during the first ever FA presidential debate in Ghana.
Five out of the six candidates – Fred Pappoe, George Ankomah, Nana Yaw Amponsah, Kurt Okraku and Amanda Clinton participated in the intellectually stimulating exercise at the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Accra on Monday night.
